The fine print

Financial

In order to conduct sessions, an active credit card will need to be on file with Wildwood. This is input via Simple Practice. Clients are charged the day of session, which is a Simple Practice billing procedure. Clients with over $200 in balances to Wildwood will face potential interruption in services until a payment plan is reached.

If you have an out-of-network benefit, we will provide you with a super bill so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Payment is expected at the time of service and may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Insurances accepted are: (COMING SOON). Headway is used to verify insurance, and notes are kept in SimplePractice.

Cancellations

Clients are able to make requests to cancel/change session times 24 hours (or greater) before session without incurring a $75 cancellation fee. Within the 24 hours, the cancellation reason is limited to an emergency, or illness. If session is cancelled within 24 hours of session time, there will be a $75 late cancellation fee assigned. If client does not present to session within 15 minutes of session start time, with no efforts to communicate to Wildwood (“no show”) a $125 fee will be assigned.
